Just uploaded my java resource bundle manager to the site for public consumption/scrutiny.

It's covered by the GNU GENERAL PUBLIC LICENSE and I would like to welcome anyone

To get started just download the zip and extract it into whatever directory you like. The index contains a few configuration notes.
